July 19th

The day started badly. It was juicy and the mist swirled around the ship. That’s why everyone awoke just after breakfast and huge cup of coffee. 

Member of our expedition looked at geophysics discontentedly because of noise. Such annoying sound came from our geophysical set that made signals with frequency from 1 to 10 hertz every several seconds. This service provided us with information about bottom’s structure.

The first tube didn’t make us happily but after dinner the work had begun.

The sky cleared and the sun appeared. Work on the deck were combined with sunbathing. Mamay structure stopped its «opposition».  We are making plans for tomorrow. Tomorrow last day of work, a picnic and return to Listvyanka. And before going to bed we listened Rodion’s lecture about Black shale.
